Doctor Who takes three TV awards
news from the National TV awards (broadcast tomorrow - hopefully without clashing with Lost): Doctor Who wins Best Drama. Piper wins Best Actress. Eccleston wins Best Actor.
What with a mini-episode on the 18th November, and the Christmas Invasion almost definitely happening on Christmas Day, I am now convinced the real 2005 is happening somewhere else. Somewhere where Doctor Who is still "that jokey British SF thing which only geeks love". Actually, the news that Tennant is in the Children in Need thing on 18th November means that, yes, Christmas is officially coming early for me.
