Didn't I tell you, love, that things would be lovely? Didn't I smile as I slid sly winks to ESH into Warring States? And aren't I looking forward to having your preview in the back of my novel?
Did I mention it was this woman's writing which got me obssessively rereading Sherlock Holmes? Have I ever said how her work makes me laugh and cry, and beat myself up at not being as sensual and earthy and bone-liquifying a writer as she?
I'm smiling all over again, even though I've known this news privately for two months...
